Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jonas Gahr Støre, offers his condolences to Azerbaijan regarding the 30th of April shootings at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy
The condolences of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs are addressed to the injured, friends and family of the victims of the shootings at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy on the 30th of April.
