Last updated: 30/09/2011 // The Royal Norwegian Embassy seeks: Receptionist/Office assistant (temporary position) to cover maternity leave for 1 year period from December 1st 2011.

Responsibilities:
• Receiving visitors, phone calls and faxes
• Assisting in the embassy’s consular work
• Local  media check
• Miscellaneous

Qualifications:
• Good  communication skills
• Excellent command of English, Azerbaijani and Russian, oral and written
• Flexibility and good ability for teamwork
• Good computer skills
• University degree
• Work experience
