Statement on Azerbaijan in the OSCE Permanent Council

On February 2 in the OSCE Permanent Council Norway commented on the close bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Norway, the National Program for Action to Raise Effectiveness of the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms in the Republic of Azerbaijan and the status of the Human Rights House Azerbaijan.
