The Embassy Small Grants Programme aims to support projects in the fields of human rights, democratisation, media, gender issues, environment, health, culture, transparency and more. Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) is the Embassy's implementing partner for many of the projects. Please find more information on the role of EPF versus the Embassy here. The Embassy issues grants in the range of USD 1,000-20,000. Please adress questions on the small grants program by e-mail to emb.baku@mfa.no.

NB! The Embassy decides on project support solely on the basis of proposals written in the application form presented here. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting a proposal. To ensure a fair selection process for the different applicants, the Embassy officials do not meet with project coordinators to discuss projects before a written proposal is presented and reviewed.

Please note that only proposals written in the form presented on this web-site and delivered within our deadline will be considered.

Please also kindly note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
