Application Forms for Visa and Permits

Please find below a list of applications to be used when applying for an ordinary visa to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and/or Iceland and different types of permits for Norway.

Visa Applications

These applications are used only if you intend to apply for an ordinary visa

 

Application Form for a Schengen Visa

This form is used when applying for an ordinary visa valid up to 90 days.

 

Guarantee Form for Visits

This form is to be filled in by a reference in Norway if he/she is going to cover expenses for an applicant’s trip and stamped by the Norwegian Police Authorities.

Invitation Form for a business trip to Denmark
This form is to be filled in and signed by the reference/host company/organisation/sponsor in Denmark.

Invitation Form for a private visit to Denmark
This form is to be filled in and signed by a reference person in Denmark (for  private visit).

 

Referentbilaga E

This invitation is to be filled in by a reference in Sweden inviting relatives and/or friends travelling to Sweden, and should be stamped by the Notarius Publicus.

 

Appendix D

Form to be filled in by an applicant for a private visit to Sweden.

 

Supplementary Information

Form to be filled in by an applicant for visa to Denmark.

 

Letter of Trust

This form shall be completed by the person who has an application that is being processed and wishes to give another person authorization to follow up on the case on his/her behalf.

 

Work/residence/study/au pair/9-months parent visa/fiancé(e) permit for Norway

These applications are used if you intend to apply for any type of permits for Norway

 

Application for a residence or work permit

This form is used for a work/residence/study/au pair/9-months parent visa/fiancé(fiancée) permit for Norway

 

Application for a part-time and holiday work permit

Power of Attorney/Authorization

This form, to be used in family immigration cases, shall be completed by a person who has an application that is being processed and wishes to give another person/reference in Norway authorization to follow up on the case on his/her behalf.

To be read and signed by both sides.
